Golf Fit 1.0 was designed to provide golfers with a solution to moving better and more athletic in the golf swing. Designed with all fitness set ups in mind, this program provides freedom to complete workouts at home or in the gym. The 10 workouts included come in a variety of formats and include easy to follow videos coaching you through exercises.

The program includes:

  • (2) Mobility protocols

  • (2) Cool down routines

  • (10) at home workouts.

    1-2 weights (dumbbell/kettlebell/medicine ball) recommended but not required.

This program includes some strength and power exercises of moderate to high intensity (jumping, push ups for example)
