Golf Course

Chilliwack Golf and Country Club, is a semi-private facility located between Chilliwack and Abbotsford, only 45 minutes from Vancouver. It features magnificent tree-lined fairways, a creek that meanders through the back nine, and breathtaking mountain vistas in every direction.  Members and non-members have enjoyed the Fraser Valley’s most popular golf course for over 50 years.  With a reputation for world-class conditioning.






Connor has played competitive golf for 10 years and has been successful as a highly competitive amateur. As a member of the UFV Cascades golf program (the #1 ranked team in Canada), Connor had the opportunity to play many high level tournaments over the course of his university studies.

Cody Stewart is the head coach of the University of the Fraser Valley women’s golf team, one of Canada’s most successful university programs. Cody’s coaching philosophy centers not only around technique but also includes guidance in the mental and course management aspects of performance. Cody draws on his experience as a former collegiate golfer playing in many major tournaments as well as his knowledge as a professional golf coach to help students develop a process that works with their goals and individual learning style.

Kathy is an expert in teaching skills related to sports performance. As a veteran with over 25 years of dedicated coaching Kathy is experienced in working with all levels of players and age groups.

Kathy was recently awarded the 2019 PGA of BC Lower Mainland Teacher of the Year.

Zach has played a high level of competitive golf for the last 10 years. Zach completed a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree while on a golf scholarship to the University of the Fraser Valley. Through his amateur career he has competed in multiple national championships and secured his first professional win in his first year as a member of the PGA of Canada.

Jeff is an evidence-based physiotherapist bridging the gap between rehab and performance.

 Jeff’s intent is to get people of all ages and activity levels moving again through the integration of physiotherapy with strength & conditioning principles. Utilizing a blend of manual therapy, intramuscular stimulation (IMS), and exercise Jeff will help you recover from any and all injuries.


 Jeff implements a systematic approach to treating and training all his clients through:

-Detailed 1:1 assessments of mobility, strength, speed and power

-Objective measures that are constantly reassessed 

-Individualized programming based on each client’s unique needs
